Overactive Bladder

Sudden, hard-to-control urges to urinate, going frequently, and waking at night. Very treatable, with options from bladder training to Botox and nerve stimulation.

Urinary Incontinence

Leaking with coughing, laughing or exercise, or with urgency. Women and men both have effective, often minimally invasive, options.

Kidney Stones

Fast relief for painful stones and a plan to keep them from coming back — ureteroscopy with laser lithotripsy, shock-wave therapy, and metabolic prevention.

Enlarged Prostate (BPH)

Weak stream, straining, getting up at night — benign prostatic hyperplasia is common after 50 and has more treatment choices than ever, many done in the office.

Erectile Dysfunction

Difficulty getting or keeping an erection is a medical condition with real solutions — from medication to penile implants — discussed frankly and privately.

Low Testosterone

Fatigue, low libido, mood changes and loss of muscle can signal low testosterone. Diagnosis is straightforward and treatment is monitored carefully.

Urinary Retention

Trouble emptying the bladder — sudden and painful, or slow and silent. We find the cause and restore normal emptying.

Nocturia & Frequent Urination

Getting up two or more times a night, or urinating far more often than you used to, has many causes — most of them treatable once identified.

Blood in the Urine (Hematuria)

Visible blood in the urine — or blood found on a routine test — should always be evaluated promptly. Most causes are benign, but the serious ones are curable when caught early.

Recurrent Urinary Tract Infections

Three or more UTIs a year is not something to just live with. We look for the reason and build a prevention plan that limits antibiotics.

Elevated PSA & Prostate Cancer Screening

A high PSA is not a diagnosis. We use repeat testing, imaging and, when needed, biopsy to tell a benign cause from a cancer that needs treatment.

Urologic Cancers

Evaluation and management of prostate, bladder, kidney and testicular cancers — from a suspicious finding through treatment and surveillance, coordinated close to home.

Testicular & Scrotal Conditions

Lumps, pain, swelling, hydroceles, varicoceles and epididymitis — evaluated promptly with examination and ultrasound, and treated in the office or as outpatient surgery.

Pelvic Pain & Bladder Pain Syndrome

Chronic bladder or pelvic pain, pressure and urgency without infection — interstitial cystitis and related conditions — managed with a patient, multimodal plan.

Male Incontinence After Prostate Surgery

Leaking after prostatectomy or radiation is common and fixable. Male slings and the artificial urinary sphincter restore control for most men — no more pads.

Pelvic Organ Prolapse

Pressure, a bulge, or heaviness in the vagina — prolapse happens when the pelvic floor can no longer hold the bladder, uterus or rectum in place. It is common and treatable.

Bowel (Fecal) Incontinence

Accidental bowel leakage is common, rarely discussed, and treatable. Sacral neuromodulation — the same therapy used for overactive bladder — restores control for many patients.

Cystoscopy

A brief office examination of the urethra and bladder with a thin, flexible camera — the key test for blood in the urine, recurrent infections and bladder symptoms.

Urodynamic Testing

Measures how your bladder stores and empties urine, so treatment for incontinence, retention or complex symptoms targets the real problem.

Ureteroscopy & Laser Lithotripsy

Incision-free stone removal: a thin scope reaches the stone through the natural urinary tract and a laser fragments it — usually as an outpatient.

Minimally Invasive BPH Treatments

Office and outpatient procedures that open the prostate channel quickly, with minimal downtime and preservation of sexual function.

Transurethral Resection of the Prostate (TURP)

The time-tested surgical treatment for severe prostate obstruction, removing tissue through the urethra with no external incision.

Inflatable Penile Prosthesis

A concealed implant that lets a man have an erection whenever he chooses — the most reliable and satisfying treatment for ED that has not responded to other therapy.

Bladder Botox & Nerve Stimulation for Overactive Bladder

Third-line therapies for urgency and urge incontinence that persist despite medication — most are done right in the office.

Bladder Biopsy & Tumor Resection

Transurethral resection of bladder tumors (TURBT) and bladder biopsy — the way bladder cancer is diagnosed, staged and, for many patients, treated.

Scrotal & Penile Surgery

Outpatient procedures for hydrocele, varicocele, spermatocele, circumcision, penile curvature and other scrotal or penile conditions.

Prostate Biopsy
