- Spermatocelectomy / epididymal cyst excision
- Orchiectomy — removal of a testicle for cancer, severe pain, or as part of prostate cancer treatment

Recovery
Most patients go home the same day, use ice and supportive underwear for a few days, and return to desk work within a week. Dr. Sosenko reviews specific instructions for each procedure at your pre-operative visit.
This page is general patient education and is not a substitute for a visit. Every patient is different — Dr. Sosenko will review your history, examination, and test results before recommending treatment.
