



Dr. Adrian Sosenko is a urologist dedicated to delivering highly personalized, patient-centered care. He founded the Sosenko Center for Advanced Urology with a clear mission: to provide thoughtful, individualized treatment focused entirely on the needs of each patient—not driven by large systems, quotas, or institutional pressures.
Dr. Sosenko completed his urological surgery training at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, where he developed comprehensive expertise in both general and advanced urologic care. His training emphasized evidence-based medicine, surgical precision, and compassionate patient communication.
He has experience managing a wide range of urologic conditions, including:
